Privacy Notice

We collect the minimum needed to run DwellingOS: what you type and upload so we can help you, and basic technical data to keep the app working. We don't sell your information, and in this preview no payment details are collected at all.

• Home profile details — the address and property facts you enter during setup (square footage, year built, systems).
• Issue descriptions and photos — text and images you submit to the AI Home Issue Advisor.
• Tasks and bookings — maintenance tasks you track and service appointments you schedule in the app.
• Technical data — standard request logs (browser type, device, pages visited) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use the information above to build and maintain your home profile, generate AI diagnoses and recommended next steps, connect you with service pros you choose to book, and improve the product. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your photos or issue descriptions for advertising.

When you use the AI Home Issue Advisor, your description and any photo you attach are sent to our AI service provider solely to generate your diagnosis and safety guidance. AI output is informational — it is not a professional inspection, and you should always confirm with a licensed pro before attempting anything beyond safe, do-it-yourself steps. Please don't submit photos containing information you wouldn't want processed this way (for example, documents or people in the background).

In this preview, checkout is simulated — no card is charged and no payment information is collected or stored. When real payments launch, they will be processed by our payment provider, and card details will go directly to that provider rather than through DwellingOS.

We keep your home profile and task history for as long as your account is active so the product keeps working for you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below), and we will remove it unless we're legally required to keep it.

We share information only with the service providers that make DwellingOS work — our AI provider, hosting, and (once live) payment processing and background-checked pros you book, who receive the job details needed to perform the work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

• You can edit your home profile and tasks in the app at any time.
• You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• If you're in a U.S. state or country with privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or state laws like the CCPA), you may have additional rights — we honor them.

DwellingOS is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
