DwellingOS is sold by Brian Siembor. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed. This applies to your first purchase and to each renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at Smartsystemsvending@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. See our Terms of Service and Paddle's refund policy.
